Graduate Electrical & Automation Engineer OpportunityDOM Distribution is looking for a Graduate Electrical & Automation Engineer (or soon-to-be graduate) to help develop the electrical, automation and software systems behind our next generation agricultural and earthmoving equipment.You'll work on real-world engineering projects involving PLCs, autonomous machinery, GPS, industrial control systems and fleet management software—turning innovative ideas into reliable products that deliver value for customers.This is a hands-on role with broad exposure across design, testing, commissioning, manufacturing and field support, giving you the opportunity to develop your skills quickly while working alongside experienced engineers. What You'll DoAssist with electrical control system design, wiring diagrams and documentation.Support PLC, HMI and automation development for agricultural and industrial equipment.Test, commission and troubleshoot electrical and automation systems.Integrate sensors, GPS, telemetry, industrial networks and safety systems.Assist with autonomous machinery, fleet management and machine diagnostics.Work closely with manufacturing, software developers and field service teams.Maintain engineering documentation and testing records.Contribute ideas that improve safety, reliability and customer experience.No experience in every area is expected. This role is designed to help you build practical engineering skills through hands-on projects and mentoring.
