We have an exciting position available for a Visual Merchandiser to join our team at Tony's Flowers. The Position The Visual merchandiser will report to our Field Merchandising Coordinator and provide hands on support and advice to stores to maximise the visual impact and appeal of all floral products, including: Ensuring the arrangement of flowers enhance the aesthetic of the stores display Ensuring that the set-up of all in-store floral products meet our expectations Work in collaboration with the Merchandising team in South Australia to align floral displays, campaigns, and instore events/ promotions Ensure all visual displays reflect our presentation and quality standards, liaising with store managers where necessary Immediate Start available About You A passionate visual merchandiser you will have: Strong attention to detail, an eye for design and ability to create visually appealing spaces Ability to liaise with Store Managers to ensure all floral products are displayed in line with the business’s expectations Ability to channel your creativity into your everyday work and demonstrate a hands-on approach to the role Outstanding organisational and communication skills with the ability to manage competing priorities Ability to lift and move buckets, containers and stands to create and adjust displays Ability to travel, with own car, to various store locations About Tony’s Flowers Established in 1989, ‘Tony’s Flowers’ has grown into one of Australia’s best and most innovative fresh flower providers.
