You'll provide clinical leadership, supervision and oversight of referrals and service demand, while driving high-quality practice and building strong partnerships to support integrated care for children and families. About Kids Hub The Medicare Mental Health Kids Hub is a collaborative partnership delivering accessible, culturally responsive mental health and wellbeing services for children aged 0–12 years and their families across Northern and Southern Adelaide. Experience Requirements: Experience leading multidisciplinary teams in health, mental health, or community services. Experience delivering evidence-based psychological therapies and trauma-informed practices for children and families. Experience engaging stakeholders and building partnerships with diverse communities and organisations. Experience in service evaluation and driving continuous improvement using data and feedback. Experience supporting workforce wellbeing and professional development in inclusive, high-performing teams. Experience providing clinical supervision to a practitioners and providing leadership to care planning processes.
