Warehouse & Administration Officer (Full Time) Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm AEDT Are you detail-oriented, motivated, confident with computers, and enjoy a role that combines administration with hands-on work? We're looking for a Warehouse & Administration Officer to join our growing team. This role is approximately 60% warehouse duties and 40% administration and computer-based work , making it ideal for someone who enjoys both being part of day-to-day warehouse operations and desk-based tasks. About the Role This varied role combines administrative support, inventory management, customer service, and warehouse operations within a highly regulated environment, supporting our pharmaceutical distribution company. A significant portion of your day will be spent working on a computer, managing inventory records, processing orders, responding to emails, maintaining compliance documentation, and supporting operational processes. You will also assist with warehouse activities including receiving stock, picking and packing orders, and maintaining inventory accuracy. Key Responsibilities Warehouse Operations (Approximately 60%) Picking and packing orders accurately. Receiving and checking inbound deliveries. Assisting with stocktakes and inventory control. Moving stock safely within the warehouse using pallet jacks and other equipment. Maintaining a clean, organised, and compliant warehouse environment. Following strict handling, storage, and security procedures for regulated products. Administration & Customer Support (Approximately 40%) Data entry and maintenance of inventory records. Processing orders and updating information within warehouse and inventory systems. Managing administrative documentation and compliance records. Assisting with reporting, filing, and record keeping. Responding to customer and pharmacy email enquiries professionally and promptly. Working with Excel and other business systems. Supporting internal teams to ensure operational deadlines are met. About You You are reliable, organised, and comfortable switching between administration tasks and hands-on warehouse work. To be successful in this role, you'll have: Strong attention to detail and organisational skills. A positive attitude and willingness to assist wherever needed. A commitment to accuracy, compliance, and confidentiality. Strong computer skills and confidence using Microsoft Excel. Previous administration, customer service, or office experience. Excellent written communication skills, particularly via email. The ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently. Highly Regarded Previous warehouse, logistics, or pharmaceutical industry experience. Experience in administration or data entry roles. Experience using inventory management, warehouse management, or ERP systems. Customer service experience involving email communication.
