The Opportunity This is a full-time, hybrid role based within one of the following regions: Hilltops Goulburn Mulwaree Wingecarribee Upper Lachlan Yass Valley Canberra You will: Lead strategic regional projects and events Build and manage high-level stakeholder relationships Identify gaps and develop solutions to strengthen regional outcomes Provide regional intelligence to the CEO and Board Secure sponsorship and funding to support initiatives Represent RDASNA across government, industry and community forums You will be a visible regional leader and trusted connector. What You Bring We are looking for someone with: Demonstrated experience in project or program delivery Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills Financial and budget management capability Excellent written and verbal communication skills The ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment Understanding of regional economic and social development challenges Confidence using AI tools to improve efficiency, research or communications Experience working with public funding, Boards or government stakeholders will be highly regarded. Experience with CRM systems, Mailchimp or project management tools is desirable. Why Join RDASNA? Current driver’s licence and good driving history Appropriate space to Work from Home with WHS compliant facilities. Must be prepared to travel for regular team meetings. Must be able to travel across the region and stay overnight when required.
