About the role We are seeking a Part Time Administrator to join our team at our Panorama, SA location. This part-time position plays a vital role in supporting the smooth operation of our business by managing administrative tasks, coordinating communications and providing essential support to our team. You will work part-time hours Wednesday to Friday ensuring our administrative functions run efficiently. Also, the ability to cover for staff holidays when required. What you'll be doing Managing correspondence, emails and telephone communications with customers, suppliers and internal staff Maintaining accurate records, filing systems and databases to ensure information is organised and accessible Preparing and processing administrative documentation, including quotations, invoices Supporting customer enquiries and providing administrative assistance to ensure excellent customer service Assisting with general office management tasks, including ordering supplies and maintaining office facilities Data entry and updating company records with accuracy and attention to detail Supporting the wider team with ad hoc administrative tasks to ensure smooth business operations What we're looking for Proven experience in an administrative or office support role, ideally within a trade environment Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other standard office software Attention to detail and accuracy in all administrative work Professional manner and ability to interact positively with customers, suppliers and colleagues Reliability and commitment to meeting deadlines Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team Experience with customer service or client-facing administrative duties is advantageous What we offer At Unley Glass Pty Ltd, we value our employees and offer a supportive working environment where your contributions are recognised.
