About the Opportunity As a Registered Nurse (Aged Care), you will provide comprehensive nursing assessment, care planning, implementation, and evaluation using evidence-based practice. For more information about this role, please view the Position Description About You We are looking for someone who has: Current registration as a Registered Nurse (Division 1) with AHPRA Recent experience in Acute Care, Community Nursing, or Aged Care, with strong clinical assessment and care planning skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams. Strong clinical judgement, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering person-centred, evidence-based care. A current Australian Driver Licence, sound computer skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a community setting.
