Civil Labourers | Ongoing Civil Construction Projects | Northern Adelaide Overtime Available | Travel & Meal Allowances | Temp to Perm Opportunities Fetch Recruitment is seeking motivated and dependable Civil Labourers to join long-term civil construction projects throughout Adelaide's northern suburbs. Our clients have secured multiple new stages of work, creating immediate opportunities for labourers looking for consistent hours and long-term employment. You'll be involved in a variety of civil construction projects including subdivisions, roadworks, drainage, pipelines and landscaping. Your Responsibilities General civil labouring including trenching, site preparation and manual tasks Assisting with set out, measurements and levels Supporting concreting, drainage, pipe laying and landscaping crews Operating plant and equipment where appropriately ticketed (Roller, Loader, Moxy and other machinery) Site establishment, fencing, traffic management support and material handling Spotting machinery and maintaining a safe work environment What's in It for You? $38.74 - $40.99 per hour (depending on experience and machinery tickets) $22.41 per day travel allowance $19.74 per day meal allowance (after 9.5 hours worked) Penalty rates paid on all overtime Ongoing work with consistent weekly hours Temp-to-perm opportunities, with reviews at 3 and 6 months Opportunity to upskill and obtain additional plant tickets including Roller, Loader, Skid Steer, Moxy and Excavator About You Current White Card Driver's licence and reliable transport Previous experience in civil construction or labouring Plant and machinery tickets are highly desirable Able to pass a Drug & Alcohol screen Reliable, safety-focused and eager to be part of a productive crew If you're looking for long-term civil construction work with excellent pay, overtime and genuine career opportunities, we'd love to hear from you.
