Waste Management Operator (HR Driver) - Manildra Flour Mill, Manildra NSW We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Waste Management Operator (HR Driver) to join our team at Manildra Flour Mill in Manildra. Position Details: Location: Manildra Flour Mill, Manildra NSW Role: Waste Management Operator (HR Driver) Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:00 am - 2:30 pm Pay Rate: $41.30 per hour Key Responsibilities: Collect and transport waste from designated areas within the mill. Drive an HR vehicle to deliver waste to the local waste management facility. Operate vehicles and equipment safely and efficiently. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Follow all workplace health and safety procedures. About You: Current HR (Heavy Rigid) Driver Licence - Essential Forklift licence - Essential Reliable with a strong work ethic. Able to work independently and as part of a team. Safety-focused with good communication skills. Previous experience in waste management, transport, labouring, or a similar role is an advantage.
