About the Role Our client operates within the retail automotive sector, delivering a high-quality and customer-focused vehicle purchasing experience. The Customer Service & Operations Specialist plays a key role in ensuring every vehicle handover is professional, seamless and exceeds customer expectations from start to finish. This role is based on Sydney CBD's fringe, and is going to be a 2-3 month role initially, working full time hours from Tuesday - Saturday each week. Key Responsibilities Welcome customers on-site and manage the vehicle handover experience from first sight to finalisation. Develop and maintain strong product knowledge across the vehicle range to confidently guide customers through their handover. Support customers with knowledge of financing, add-on products and vehicle features. Liaise with internal teams and customers regarding collection appointments, keeping all parties updated of any changes. Identify and resolve customer concerns promptly, escalating where necessary. Manage administrative tasks, reporting and documentation accurately and on time. Support the wider team with scheduling, logistics and ad hoc tasks as required. Maintain compliance standards and complete training as required. What You’ll Bring Strong customer service background with an empathetic, solutions-focused approach. Excellent communication skills with the ability to adapt style to suit varied situations. Unrestricted Australian Drivers Licence and a safe driving record, with experience driving manual. Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task competing priorities. Tech savvy with strong computer literacy across multiple systems and platforms. Ability to work a flexible roster including evenings and weekends. Clear background checks (Police, Bankruptcy, Driving History, ASIC Banned & Disqualified Register).
