Our client, a well-established and highly regarded financial services organisation, is seeking an Administrator to join their Melbourne team. This position offers the opportunity to work within a collaborative and fast-paced environment, providing administrative and client support to a team of professionals while ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations. This role is ideally suited to someone with previous experience within financial or professional services who enjoys delivering exceptional service and building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Provide administrative and client service support, including document preparation, database management, payment processing and general office administration. Coordinate correspondence, maintain accurate records and assist with compliance-related processes and documentation. Support workflow management, scheduling and reporting to ensure the efficient delivery of services. Maintain client records and databases, ensuring information is accurate and up to date. Manage incoming enquiries and provide a high standard of front-of-house and customer service support. Work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure a seamless client experience. About You Previous experience in a Client Services, Administration, Reception or Team Assistant role within financial services, accounting, legal or a broader professional services environment. Exposure to CRM systems and practice management software will be highly regarded. Professional presentation and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. A client-focused approach with exceptional interpersonal skills. Proficiency across Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint. A proactive and reliable attitude, with a willingness to learn and contribute to a collaborative team culture.
