What We Offer: ✅ Competitive salary: $85,000–$95,000 FTE (based on experience) ✅ Flexible work hours – 25 hours per week across 5 days ✅ Free onsite parking ✅ Generous staff discounts on our quality products ✅ Supportive, family-style team culture ✅ A stable role in a well-established business What You'll Be Doing: • Managing accounts payable (weekly) and accounts receivable (daily) • Liaising with debtors and creditors and following up on outstanding accounts • Bank and credit card reconciliations • Preparing monthly BAS, GST, and financial reports • Running weekly payroll and monthly superannuation • Accurate data entry and maintaining financial records • Processing rebates, returns, and adjustments with accuracy • General admin duties to support the smooth operation of the business What We're Looking For: • Solid experience in a similar bookkeeping role • High level of attention to detail – you spot what others miss • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office • Experience with Sybiz is highly desirable • Flexible and willing to step in and help as needed • Minimum 3-5 years of bookkeeping experience required • Must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident with full working rights If you're looking for a role where your contributions are appreciated and your work-life balance is respected, we'd love to hear from you.
