About the role AGL has an exciting opportunity for an Electrical Balance of Plant (eBOP) Specialist (12-Month Max Term) to join our Renewables team, helping to maintain and optimise the performance of one of Australia's largest wind generation assets. Location: Based on-site at either our Macarthur Wind Farm or Oaklands Hill Wind Farm sites. This is a hands-on role within a high-performing operational team where safety, reliability and technical excellence are at the heart of everything we do. You'll work alongside site technicians, HV operators and contractors to support the ongoing performance of critical wind farm infrastructure while contributing to the safe delivery of maintenance and outage activities. As our eBOP technician, you'll provide technical guidance across key electrical systems including substations and reactive plant, while coordinating maintenance programs, supporting outage execution and helping ensure work is completed safely and efficiently.
