About the roleAs a Patient Support Officer at Perth Radiological Clinic, you will play a critical front-line role in helping patients navigate their care experience. Based in our centralised call centre, you will handle high-volume inbound calls, provide accurate information, and schedule appointments across a range of imaging modalities.You will receive thorough training over the first 4-6 weeks and be paired with experienced team members to support your development in PRC systems and processes.Your responsibilities will include:Answering a high volume of incoming calls (80-90 per day) from patients and addressing a wide range of enquiriesScheduling appointments accurately across multiple clinics and modalities (e.g. X-ray, MRI, Ultrasound)Providing patients with clear and detailed information on procedure preparation and billingLiaising with PRC’s referrers and coordinating with Clerical and Technical Clinic staff About youYou are an excellent communicator with a calm and supportive approach.
