About the role We are seeking an intelligent, bright and enthusiastic Receptionist / Administrator to join our team on a full-time basis. This position would be based at our Aitkenvale office. Skills and experience The successful applicant will be someone who enjoys using their initiative, is proactive and has a 'can do' approach to their work. We are seeking someone who is reliable and personable, who has a keen eye for detail and strives to produce high quality work whilst possessing the ability to take and follow direction from senior staff. The role requires a person with exceptional organisational skills, sound knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook, an interest in providing colleagues and clients with a high-level service and an ability to communicate confidently with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
