About the OpportunityPARC Engineering is on the lookout for a highly organised and proactive Mobilisation Coordinator to join our growing team, supporting our mining & resources division. Based in our Applecross Head Office, you will be responsible for coordinating the seamless mobilisation of personnel across a range of construction projects, ensuring every project is set up for success from day one. Key Responsibilities:Efficiently manage a pipeline of candidates to ensure timely mobilisation.Maintain internal site rosters across multiple projects concurrently.Book training & medicals with approved providers as per site requirements.Arrange the appropriate PPE for new candidates.Maintain accurate candidate records, registers & compliance documents.Liaise with clients to arrange inductions, travel and accommodation.Verify that employees and contractors meet client and project compliance requirements.Identify and resolve mobilisation issues that may impact project schedules.Work closely with recruitment and HR teams to ensure timely onboarding of new employees.Build strong professional relationships with project managers, site supervisors, clients and subcontractors to coordinate mobilisation activities.
