About the Role As our Senior Credit Analyst / Client Services Manager, you'll manage the operational side of the brokerage and ensure every application progresses efficiently from enquiry through to settlement. Your responsibilities will include: Managing residential home loan applications from submission to settlement Packaging and preparing loan applications Liaising with banks, lenders, clients, solicitors and third parties Following up supporting documentation and outstanding conditions Managing the CRM and maintaining accurate client records Completing lender submissions and monitoring application progress Ensuring compliance requirements are met Delivering outstanding customer service throughout the lending journey Supporting the Director with workflow management and daily operations Why Join Us? We're looking for someone who has: Previous experience in a mortgage brokerage as a Client Services Manager, Credit Analyst, Broker Support Officer or Parabroker Strong knowledge of residential lending and loan packaging Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills A proactive approach with the ability to manage competing priorities Confidence using CRMs and lender systems A genuine desire to build a long-term career with a growing business Highly Regarded Experience with MyCRM or similar broker CRM platforms Ability to speak Hindi and/or Punjabi to support our diverse client base Who We're Looking For We're looking for someone who values quality over quantity.
