Key Responsibilities: Be the central point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and responding to customer enquiries and resolving problems promptly. Assisting in customer maintenance works, escalating where necessary. Perform essential administrative tasks with precision and efficiency, contractor management and compliance. Ensure accurate and efficient data entry What They're Looking For: A positive, energetic, and customer focused mindset - ability to liaise with trades people. Strong attention to detail and able to accurately enter data. Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. A true team player willing to support colleagues. Taking initiative to assist in daily office operations, filling gaps where needed. Demonstrated experience in a similar environment or administrative position. Experience in Bookkeeping/Xero/MYOB would be an advantage.
