About the role Custom Jewellery Designs is seeking a Sales Assistant to join our team in Hillarys, WA. This is a casual position that offers flexibility whilst providing excellent customer service in a dynamic retail environment. As a Sales Assistant, you will be the face of our business, helping customers find the perfect jewellery pieces whilst creating memorable shopping experiences. This role is essential to our success, as you'll be instrumental in driving sales, building customer relationships, and maintaining the high standards our brand is known for. Key responsibilities: Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding jewellery items that suit their needs and preferences Provide detailed product knowledge and information about our custom jewellery collections, materials, and craftsmanship Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system Handle cash, card payments, and other payment methods with precision and integrity Maintain a clean, organised and visually appealing shop floor and display areas Stock shelves and replenish inventory as required Address customer enquiries and concerns professionally, resolving issues where possible Achieve individual and team sales targets Support the team in promotional activities and special events What we're looking for: Previous retail or customer service experience is desirable, though we welcome enthusiastic individuals willing to learn.
