We specialise in residential roof cleaning, biological treatments, roof restorations and ongoing roof maintenance as well as roof tile installations. Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Roof Tiler / Roof Technician with at least 3 years’ hands-on experience to join our close‑knit team. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, values safety and represents the West Wash name with seriousness and care. Key Responsibilities Inspect tiled roofs to assess condition, access, drainage and safety requirements Identify roofing issues such as damaged tiles, ridge caps, flashings and leaks Replace broken tiles and carry out minor roof repairs Remove, re-bed and repoint ridge caps to ensure structural integrity and waterproofing Perform roof cleaning, removing dirt, moss, lichen and biological growth Apply roof treatments to control regrowth and extend roof lifespan Inspect and repair flashings, joints, and roof penetrations Safely use ladders, scaffolding, harnesses and PPE when working at heights Maintain clean, safe and organised worksites Conduct final quality checks and rectify any defects Complete job documentation and communicate findings clearly with clients What We’re Looking For Minimum 3 years’ experience in roof tiling, roof cleaning or roof restoration Confident working at heights and following WHS requirements Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship Reliable, punctual and serious about the job White Card and current driver’s licence (essential) If this sounds like you, please apply with a Cover Letter and a copy of your current resume through Jora.
