We are seeking a reliable and skilled Handyman / Maintenance & Landscaping professional to work across multiple unit complexes and our development sites. This is a hands-on role suited to someone with a strong practical skill set, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work independently across a variety of commercial and residential environments. Key Responsibilities: General handyman and maintenance works across unit complexes, development sites, including minor repairs, gerni, patching, painting, basic plumbing, carpentry, and general building maintenance. Landscaping and grounds maintenance, including mowing, edging, pruning, hedging, planting, mulching, weed control, irrigation checks, and general outdoor upkeep. Routine inspections of buildings, common areas, gardens, and facilities to identify maintenance issues before they become major problems. Responding to maintenance requests in a timely, professional, and efficient manner. Performing preventative maintenance to ensure all properties remain safe, functional, and well-presented. Assisting with general site presentation, rubbish removal, pressure washing, and upkeep of common areas. Liaising professionally with residents, contractors, suppliers, and management while carrying out works. Coordinating with external trades where specialist works are required. Maintaining accurate records of completed works, materials used, and maintenance issues identified. Availability to attend after-hours call-outs for urgent or emergency maintenance works when required. Ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard, in accordance with workplace health and safety requirements. Maintaining a professional presence when working in occupied residential and commercial environments. About You Proven experience in handyman, building maintenance, facilities maintenance, landscaping, or a similar role. Broad practical skill set across general maintenance trades. Ability to work independently while managing multiple sites and prioritising workloads. Strong problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail. Physically fit and comfortable undertaking manual work both indoors and outdoors. Reliable, trustworthy, and well-presented. Strong communication and customer service skills. Takes pride in producing high-quality work and maintaining properties to an exceptional standard. Ability to identify issues proactively and recommend practical solutions. Requirements Current unrestricted driver's licence and reliable transport. Experience operating landscaping equipment such as mowers, whipper snippers, hedge trimmers, and blowers. Basic knowledge of plumbing, carpentry, painting, and general building maintenance. Flexibility to attend after-hours emergency works when required. Relevant trade qualifications or maintenance/building/landscaping experience highly regarded. Ability to pass relevant pre-employment checks if required.
