Your Pivotal Role: Operations Supervisor – Guiding & Inspiring As Operations Supervisor for Army Duck Tours, you'll be the driving force behind the daily operations, ensuring exceptional service, seamless tours, and a motivated team. Key Responsibilities Lead & Inspire: Guide and inspire your team to consistently provide exceptional customer service. Engaging Tours: Conduct dynamic and educational tours, showcasing the rainforest’s unique ecosystem, wildlife, and history. Team Development: Mentor and support team members, fostering a positive and collaborative working environment. Operational Excellence: Ensure the smooth operation of the Army Duck Tours, including daily scheduling, vehicle readiness, and seamless guest interactions. Problem Solving: Proactively address operational challenges and find innovative solutions. What We're Looking For: We're seeking a natural leader with a passion for nature, tourism, and building high-performing teams. Essential Skills & Requirements: Leadership Experience: Proven leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate and influence others. Driving Credentials: Possess an LR License and Queensland Driver’s Authority (or willingness to obtain). Availability: Must be available to work on a 7-day rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays . T ourism Background (Highly Regarded): Previous experience in tour guiding or tourism leadership is highly regarded. For this role, you must be willing to undergo a pre-employment Drug and Alcohol Screening. Successful candidates will also be required to obtain a Working with Children: Blue Card.
