Boilermaker / welder required with skills in both fabrication and welding for a mixture of workshop / local site work around Perth / site work on mine sites. Immediate start At Top fabrication Perth we do a wide variety of work: Structural steel fabrication and installation, site welding, pipe welding, handrails and sea container modifications to name a few. We are looking for Tradesman who can work unsupervised and maintain quality. Whilst you don't need to have the skills for every aspect of what we do, the more boxes you can tick, the better. Our core work is fabricating and installing steelwork around Perth with occasional site work away which is paid at a higher rate. Essential requirements: trade certificate strong fabrication and welding experience - able to complete a job from start to finish can read drawings and marking plans can work efficiently and safely Ability to weld with FCAW(flux cored)/GMAW(mig)/MMAW(stick) Desirable requirements: Can pass a 3g / 4g MMAW (stick) qualification or 6g on DN150 pipe Can pass a 6g GTAW (tig) qualification on carbon and/or stainless EWP, Working at heights , Confined space dogman or riggers tickets RTIO inductions
