About the Role The General Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day leadership and commercial success of the venue. Key responsibilities include: Managing accommodation operations Coordinating housekeeping, caterers, bar staff and external service providers Facilitating weddings, functions, degustation events and retreats Driving venue sales, business development and marketing initiatives Converting enquiries into confirmed bookings and event packages Recruiting, training and leading a high performing team Managing beverage operations, including cocktail service standards Maintaining compliance with all hospitality and workplace requirements Your Skills and Experience The ideal candidate will bring a strong blend of hospitality operations, people leadership and commercial acumen.
