Our Visitor Experience Officers are responsible for the excellent delivery of all elements of the Visitor Experience, e.g. admissions, retail and café services. Key Responsibilities: Professional, courteous and knowledgeable customer service delivery Ability to sell admissions, encounters and memberships Cash and food handling responsibilities Excellent team and interpersonal skills Ability to operate computerised Point of Sale The ideal candidate will maintain the following: Excellent understanding and knowledge of customer service principles and how to create a positive visitor experience alongside the ability to translate knowledge into effective team delivery. Ability to work autonomously and also be a successful team member. Excellent communication skills (verbal, written and listening) IT skills (e.g., Outlook, Teams) Financial acumen e.g., numerical ability and cash handling Ability to establish rapport and to contribute to a pro-active work culture.
