Drive quality, productivity, environmental standards and program delivery. Run pre-starts, toolbox talks, inspections, ITPs and site diaries. You’ll Bring Proven civil drainage or civil construction supervision experience for contractors. Strong knowledge of stormwater, sewer, water mains, earthworks and underground services. Confidence with pipe laying, excavation, lasers, grade setting, compaction and testing. Strong leadership, clear communication and practical problem-solving. A genuine safety-first mindset.
