Position located within Sunshine coast Key responsibilities Diagnose and repair engine faults and mechanical issues across various motorcycle types. Conduct scheduled maintenance and safety inspections consistent with industry standards. Replace worn or defective parts to ensure quality and safety. Test ride motorcycles to verify performance and compliance. Identify and communicate any safety or mechanical concerns to management. Offer accurate maintenance advice and clear explanations to customers and team members. Maintain comprehensive records of repairs and parts usage within the workshop system. Support safe, clean, and organised workshop practices at all times. Mentor and assist junior staff or apprentices in technical tasks and best practices.
