Position Description This role is responsible for working in partnership with Payroll & Finance stakeholders to assist with accurate and efficient payroll processing. Your role will include but not be limited to: End to end payroll processing for 350 employees Processing new starters, terminations and payroll adjustments Ensuring compliance with payroll related legislation, superannuation, payroll tax and WorkCover requirements Completing relevant reconciliation and reporting duties Staying updated on payroll regulations and best practices Upholding high customer service standards and protocols across the business, efficiently managing employees queries Partner and develop strong internal and external relationships with key stakeholders Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across the payroll function Candidate Profile The successful candidate will posses the following attributes, however will not be limited to: Prior experience within a similar Payroll position Strong knowledge of payroll legislation and payroll compliance requirements Excellent communication skills and a reliable attitude Strong attention to detail and positive working approach Effective time management skills and ability to prioritise urgent work Ability to build relationships with internal staff members Additional Benefits Rare part-time opportunity to work 4 days per week Start immediately / as soon as you're able!
