The Careers are Better at Hungry Jack's! Beakhouse is seeking reliable, hardworking Cleaning Crew Members to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment in our fast-paced restaurant. The successful candidate will take pride in cleanliness, work efficiently under pressure, and support the team by ensuring all dining, kitchen, and back-of-house areas meet the highest hygiene standards. Key Responsibilities Clean and sanitize dining areas, kitchen, restrooms, and food preparation areas. Sweep, mop, maintain floors throughout the restaurant. Empty rubbish and recycling bins and dispose of waste appropriately. Clean windows, doors, counters, tables, and other high-touch surfaces. Restock cleaning supplies and notify management when inventory is low. Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace health and safety procedures. Assist with deep cleaning tasks as scheduled. Respond promptly to spills and cleaning requests during service periods. Maintain cleaning equipment and ensure it is used safely and correctly. Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house teams to maintain a clean and efficient workplace. Qualifications and Skills Previous commercial or restaurant cleaning experience is preferred but not essential. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness. Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays. Physically fit and capable of standing for extended periods, lifting up to 20 kg, bending, and performing repetitive tasks. Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
