Protech is looking for an experienced Civil Leading Hand for a Canberra civil infrastructure project. ABOUT THE ROLE Monday – Friday and Saturdays as required Weekly Pay KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the construction team Ensure all work is completed on time and within budget Maintain high standards of safety and quality control on-site Communicate effectively with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations Resolve any on-site issues promptly to prevent project delays TICKETS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED Construction white card Asbestos Awareness and Silica prevention Driver's licence & reliable transport Proven experience as a Leading Hand or Foreman in construction Strong leadership and communication skills J-18808-Ljbffr
