St Nicks Early Learning is seeking an experienced and passionate educational leader / centre director to join our growing leadership team. This is a unique opportunity for an educator who is ready to progress in their role and contribute to the strategic, educational, and operational leadership of our service. With two campuses, St Nicks Hellenica and St Nicks Botanica, and continued growth across both locations, we are working towards a leadership model that includes three Educational Leaders across our services, each holding overarching responsibility for a key age group: Infants, Toddlers, or Preschool. This position offers the opportunity to help shape that vision while gaining valuable experience across both educational leadership and centre operations. About the Role This is a full-time position combining a mix of contact and non-contact responsibilities. The successful candidate will work closely with our leadership team to: Drive curriculum development and educational excellence across the service Mentor and coach educators to strengthen teaching practice Support implementation of the Early Years Learning Framework, Reggio-inspired practice, and Conscious Discipline principles Lead reflective practice, documentation, and continuous improvement processes Assist with family engagement, enrolments, staffing support, and day-to-day centre operations Support quality improvement planning and regulatory compliance Contribute to the development of our emerging multi-campus leadership structure This role provides exposure to many aspects of Centre Director responsibilities while maintaining a strong focus on educational leadership. About You To be considered for this role, you will: Hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, Bachelor of Early Childhood Education, or equivalent qualification Have substantial experience in a leadership position such as Room Leader, Educational Leader, Assistant Director, or Centre Director Demonstrate a strong understanding of curriculum, pedagogy, and assessment for learning Be confident mentoring educators and leading professional growth Have excellent organisational, communication, and relationship-building skills Be passionate about creating high-quality learning environments for children, families, and educators Our Educational Approach St Nicks Early Learning is a warm, community-focused early education service grounded in creative, meaningful learning.
