Right Choice Blinds & Awnings is a proudly Tasmanian owned and operated business specialising in custom-made blinds, curtains, shutters, awnings and outdoor blinds. We are seeking an enthusiastic, friendly and organised Showroom Sales Consultant to join our team at our modern Cambridge showroom. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, has a flair for interiors and home styling, and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service. No two days are the same. You’ll be helping customers transform their homes while working alongside an experienced and supportive team. About the role Your responsibilities will include: · Welcoming customers into our showroom and providing a memorable experience · Assisting customers in selecting products that best suit their homes and lifestyles · Preparing quotations and following up enquiries · Processing sales orders accurately · Coordinating appointments and supporting the sales team · Liaising with suppliers and customers · Maintaining showroom displays and presentation · Assisting with administrative tasks as required About you We are looking for someone who: · Has excellent customer service and communication skills · Is friendly, approachable and enjoys building relationships · Is organised and has strong attention to detail · Is confident using computers and learning new systems · Has a positive attitude and a willingness to learn · Enjoys working in a team environment · Has an interest in interior design, home improvement or decorating (highly regarded) · Previous retail, sales, administration or customer service experience is desirable particularly in the Window Furnishing Industry would be advantageous.
