Office Administrator/ All-rounderHumpty Doo, NT Part-time (25 hours per week, flexible) About the Role A locally-based blue collar company is seeking a reliable and organised Office Administrator to join their team in Humpty Doo. This is a flexible, part-time role ideal for someone looking to work around school hours, with an average of 25 hours per week between 8:00am and 4:00pm (negotiable). You will work independently from your own office space and play a key role in supporting day-to-day operations across administration, logistics, and compliance. Key Responsibilities Manage bookings including flights, charters, and accommodation for site-based personnel Update rosters and track worker schedules Log worker hours and days worked on-site Maintain spreadsheets for load sheets and pre-start documentation Order office supplies, site consumables, uniforms, and documentation Collect and dispatch items via freight and postal services Scan and enter receipts and supplier invoices Input bills and maintain accurate financial records Scan and upload service sheets for fleet records Maintain safety, personnel, and vehicle documentation in compliance systems Assist with setting up supplier and contractor accounts Upload and manage records within safety/compliance platforms Maintain registers for inductions, drug & alcohol testing, competencies, and staff records Monitor routine testing requirements (e.g., test & tag, calibration) Track vehicle registrations, inspections, and permits Record and monitor site goods and materials usage Assist with toolbox talks and emergency procedures Ensure employee licences, tickets, and certifications (including White Cards) are up-to-date About You Highly organised with strong attention to detail Able to work independently and manage competing priorities Flexible, adaptable, and proactive Strong communication and problem-solving skills Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Experience with Xero (or similar accounting systems) preferred What’s on Offer Flexible working hours Private office space with workstation provided Supportive, small-team environment What you need to do now If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or email your CV to hays.com.au or call Tamara on 08 8943 6 If this job isn't quite right for you, but you are looking for a new position, please contact us for a confidential discussion about your career. 3002936
