Our team of over 20 passionate professionals specialises in Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Audi, Volkswagen, Porsche and CUPRA, supported by factory diagnostic equipment, ongoing technical training and an outstanding reputation for quality. Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join our team and help drive the next stage of our business. Remuneration: $90,000–$120,000 package depending on experience, with uncapped performance incentives for exceptional candidates. This is more than a traditional Service Advisor role. We are looking for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems and leading by example while contributing to the continued growth of our business. About the Role As a senior member of our front office team, you will: Lead and mentor a small team front of house team. Deliver an exceptional customer experience from booking through to vehicle collection. Build long-term relationships with customers based on trust and professionalism. Prepare estimates and explain technical repairs in a clear, confident manner. Work closely with workshop technicians to ensure efficient workflow and communication. Identify opportunities to improve processes, customer satisfaction and business performance. Contribute ideas that help grow the business and improve our customer experience. About You You are someone who takes pride in your work and genuinely enjoys helping customers. Ideally, you will have: Previous experience as a Service Advisor within the automotive industry. Strong customer service and communication skills. Excellent organisation and attention to detail. Outstanding problem-solving ability. Confidence managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. A willingness to continually learn and develop your technical knowledge. A positive attitude and a desire to go the extra mile for customers and your team. European vehicle experience or knowledge is highly regarded but not essential.
