Primary Objective: Under the direction of Executive Manager of Food Services and Head Chef provide supervision and directions to Cooks, and Kitchenhands who undertake production duties including meal plating for clients of the Alice Springs Hospital including ensuring that Hazard Analytical Critical Control Point Food Safe practices are followed. Leading team in the absence of the Head Chef.
