The Opportunity: We are partnering with a well-established manufacturing business based in Dandenong South to recruit a Customer Service Coordinator. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy and supportive team where you’ll play a key role in managing customer orders, coordinating with production and dispatch, and ensuring customers receive a high level of service from enquiry through to delivery. The Role: Processing customer orders accurately from entry through to dispatch and delivery Responding to customer enquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner Liaising with warehouse, production, dispatch, and sales teams to ensure orders are fulfilled smoothly Providing customers with order updates, ETAs, and delivery information Preparing quotes, invoices, purchase orders, and related documentation Maintaining accurate customer, pricing, and order information within the ERP system Managing high-volume data entry and day-to-day administration tasks Resolving customer, order, or delivery issues efficiently and proactively Supporting the wider team with operational and customer service coordination as required About You: Previous experience in customer service, order processing, internal sales, or sales support Experience working in a manufacturing, wholesale, logistics, or product-based environment Exposure to SAP or another ERP system will be highly regarded Strong communication skills and a professional, customer-focused approach Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities Strong administrative and organisational skills Confidence using Microsoft Office and internal systems A proactive, team-oriented attitude and willingness to work in a busy operational environment What’s On Offer: Salary package of up to $75,000 Super, depending on experience Opportunity to join a stable and growing manufacturing business Supportive team environment with strong day-to-day collaboration Varied role with exposure across customer service, operations, and supply chain Convenient Dandenong South location with onsite parking Immediate start available for the right person
