About the Role As Home Services Lead at BlueCare Springwood Aged Care Facility, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high‑quality, person‑centred services across home environments. You will guide your team, oversee daily operations, and drive service performance, creating a positive experience for residents, families and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Lead the day‑to‑day delivery of food, cleaning and laundry services. Coach, support and develop your team, building a strong, accountable and engaged culture. Ensure services are delivered safely, efficiently and to a consistently high standard. Oversee workflow, rostering and operational performance. Maintain compliance with food safety, infection control and quality standards. Build positive relationships with residents, families and internal stakeholders. Identify opportunities to improve service delivery and enhance the customer experience. Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement, quality and care. Qualifications & Experience Experienced service operations leader, ideally within aged care, healthcare or a similar environment. Self‑motivated, proactive and with strong leadership capability. Proven experience leading kitchen, cleaning and/or laundry services. Strong knowledge of food safety, infection control and service standards in a regulated environment. Experience with coaching, rostering and building a positive team culture. Proactive approach to problem‑solving, organisation and continuous improvement. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, able to engage with residents, families and stakeholders. Essential Qualifications & Licences Certificate IV in Leadership & Management (or Diploma). Relevant trade or operational qualification (e.g., Certificate IV in Hospitality, Commercial Cookery) or equivalent supervisory experience. Food Safety Supervisor Certification.
