About the Role As our Fabrication Supervisor, you’ll lead a skilled team of Boilermakers and Welders and oversee daily workshop operations across off‑site repairs, fabrication, welding and manufacturing of OEM equipment and operations. You’ll ensure work is delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard, while driving continuous improvement and supporting capability development across the team.
