Role We’re seeking a dynamic and skilled Revenue Manager to lead the daily operations of our Reservations and Call Centre teams across The Ville Resort-Casino and Ardo Hotel. In this role, you’ll ensure a seamless guest booking experience while driving team performance and fostering a culture of accountability, growth, and results. You’ll be responsible for managing service delivery, training and development, and handling guest feedback when needed. Key Tasks Overseeing the operations of the Reservations Department and Call Centre, ensuring all processes related to reservations, switchboard, and customer contact are efficient, accurate, and aligned with service expectations. Building and developing a high‑performing team culture through leadership, staff training and development, managing team performance, daily task flow and service delivery. Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, corporate accounts, travel agents, and event organisers. Representing the brand professionally and supporting initiatives that drive loyalty and repeat business. Overseeing the accurate input and management of reservations in PMS and channel management systems. Ensuring inventory, rates, and restrictions are managed proactively to maximise occupancy and yield. Monitoring real‑time call and email volumes, bookings, and resource allocation to maximise workflow, maintain service levels, and minimise guest wait times. About You Tertiary qualifications in a Business‑Related or Hospitality & Tourism Management is preferred. Previous management experience in reservations and/or group reservations role is essential. At least 3 years of related hotel reservations experience. Experience with a property management systems, in particular Opera Cloud, is highly desirable. High level leadership and management skills. Proven experience in managing and developing a team. Extremely high attention to detail. Exceptional organisational skills. Time management skills with the ability to multitask. Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast‑paced and high‑volume hotel/reservations environment. Professional presentation. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, nights and public holidays.
