We offer a casual coastal breakfast menu and delicious coffee during the day, then by night our menu blends fresh, contemporary plates with refined classics, designed to be enjoyed with friends, family and a glass of something exceptional. We're open 7 days a week - Monday to Friday from 6am to 2pm, then open up our dinner service from Thursday through Sunday, opening 6am -10pm. We are currently recruiting for: Food & Beverage Supervisors to support our managers in leading and organising our FOH team. These are hands-on leadership roles focused on shift support, staff guidance, service standards, and delivering strong guest experiences. Supervisors must have, an approved managers red card prior to commencing. Candidates must have a minimum of 1-2 years supervisory experience to be considered for this role. All positions are required to have a valid RSA, Food Safety Certificate, outstanding communication skills, a great attitude and a love of teamwork and hospitality.
