CIAM Engineer | Identity Access Management Join a critical CIAM operations team supporting large-scale identity and access management platforms in a complex digital environment. This role suits an APS6-level Software or Operations Engineer with solid incident investigation skills, CIAM platform experience, automation capability and a practical understanding of authentication and authorisation flows. Location QLD, ACT, VIC or NSW Contract Duration 12 months, with 1 x 12‑month extension option Security Clearance Requirement Current Negative Vetting Level 1 clearance required Essential Tasks Investigate and resolve production incidents and systemic platform issues. Monitor the CIAM platform, investigate alerts and support service reliability. Automate repetitive operational tasks to reduce manual overhead. Write and maintain SOPs, support release activities and report on CIAM performance. Key Criteria Proven ability to analyse logs and identify system behaviour or performance issues. Strong scripting and automation capability to resolve systemic issues. Experience supporting enterprise CIAM platforms and IAM protocols including OIDC, OAuth2.0 and SAML.
