Apply excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret legislation, assess risks and implement practical governance solutions. Build effective relationships with stakeholders by providing professional advice and communicating clearly across all organisational levels. Manage competing priorities with exceptional organisation and attention to detail while meeting strict legislative and operational deadlines. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced governance professional to play a key role in strengthening Council's corporate governance framework through the development, review and management of policies, procedures, administrative directives and legislative compliance activities. Working within the Governance Services team, you will provide expert advice, coordinate governance processes and ensure Council's documentation, registers and business practices align with legislative requirements and best practice standards.
