About the Role This is a dynamic sales role where you will help customers find the perfect home solution, whether that's building a new home tailored to their needs or purchasing one of our ready-built homes available for immediate occupancy. Working from our display homes and sales centre, you will guide clients through the entire purchasing journey, building strong relationships and delivering an outstanding customer experience. This is a full-time position working five days per week, including weekends . Key Responsibilities Assist customers with the purchase of new homes and ready-built homes. Generate and follow up sales enquiries. Conduct consultations with prospective buyers to understand their needs and budget. Present home designs, house and land packages, and completed homes available for sale. Prepare quotations, sales proposals, and contracts. Maintain strong relationships with customers, referral partners, and industry contacts. Achieve sales targets while providing exceptional customer service. Represent Tropical Homes professionally at display homes, open homes, and promotional events. About You Previous experience in new home sales is preferred but not essential. Experience in sales, customer service, real estate, property, or a related field will be highly regarded. A confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills. Driven, self-motivated, and focused on achieving results. Well-presented with a professional and customer-focused approach. Strong organisational and time-management skills.
