HyCare is a registered NDIS service provider that is Doctor-Led with safeguarding policies to provide you with support as our disability support worker (DSW) or Enrolled/ Registered nurse 24 hours/7 days a week. In order to be a successful applicant, you must have the following: Cert III in Individual Support Full drivers license Reliable motor vehicle with comprehensive insurance As our staff, you will be trained by our clinical team consisting of medical doctors, medical educators, and senior clinical registered nurses in the following: Medication Management including injectables and palliative medications (DSW RNs) Epilepsy Management (DSW RNs) stoma care (DSW RNs) Advance bowel management (DSW RNs) Management (DSW RNs) Urinary Catherisations (Management for DSWs and insertions for RNs) Intravenous cannulation, saline prime, and venepunctures (RNs only) Diabetes Management (DSW RNs) Complex behavioural management (DSW RNs) ECG skill sets including interpretation (RNs only) Documentation and safe handovers (DSW RNs) The only attribute that we want from our staff is to put the safety and wellbeing of our clients above all else in their professional lives.
