At Aspire Pakenham, your child’s success is our priority. The Opportunity And Responsibilities We are seeking an experienced Room Leader to lead our Nursery (0–12 months) Room. Working closely with the Centre Manager and Educational Leader, you will lead your room, mentor educators and deliver high quality programs aligned with EYLF and NQS. You Will Be Responsible For Leading the daily operations of the Nursery roomDeveloping and implementing age appropriate learning programsBuilding strong relationships with children, families and team membersSupporting and mentoring educators within the roomEnsuring compliance with regulations, NQS and Aspire practicesContributing to a positive and collaborative centre culture About You Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA approved qualification1 year minimum proven experience working in or leading a Nursery (0–12 months) roomStrong knowledge of EYLF, NQS and Child Safe StandardsAbility to lead, inspire and support a teamExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsPassion for high quality early learning and careCurrent Working with Children Check, First Aid, Asthma and AnaphylaxisWork a rotating roster between 6:30am – 6:30pm, with availability across 5 days Why Join Aspire At Aspire, we’re committed to creating environments where our people feel supported, valued and set up for success.
