(HP4) 4 to 6 weeks annual leave with 14%-17.5% loading 12.75% employer contribution to superannuation Professional development allowance dedicated leave Plus great salary packaging options to increase take-home pay Flexible working arrangements may be available About your opportunity In this role, you will provide family‑centred coordination and integration of care for paediatric and adult patients diagnosed with significant permanent hearing loss, and their families. You will deliver psychosocial support and counselling to patients and families referred for audiology rehabilitation. The position works within the Audiology Rehabilitation Program, including the Cochlear Implant Service, assisting patients and families throughout their care journey. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the delivery of specialised Social Work services within a clinical setting for patients with hearing loss. Requirements: The successful applicant must hold a tertiary degree (or equivalent) qualification in Social Work that provides eligibility for membership with the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW).
