About the Role As part of our team, you will: Conduct building inspections across residential and commercial projects Assess construction work against the National Construction Code and relevant Australian Standards Prepare clear and practical inspection reports Review plans and documentation for compliance Work closely with builders, designers, owners and local authorities Provide practical advice and solutions to support compliant building outcomes What We're Looking For We welcome applications from: Registered builders Site supervisors and foremen Construction managers Building inspectors Building surveyors Other experienced construction professionals To be successful, you'll ideally have: At least 3 years' experience in the building and construction industry Strong practical knowledge of residential and/or commercial construction Good communication and report writing skills A professional and solutions focused approach The ability to work independently and manage your workload A current driver's licence Australian citizenship or permanent residency Building surveying qualifications or accreditation are highly regarded but not essential.
