We are currently seeking a friendly, professional and motivated Optical Assistant to join our team in a part-time role. About The Role As a valued member of our team, you will play an important role in creating a positive patient experience by: Welcoming patients with warmth, professionalism and genuine careCoordinating appointments and managing phone enquiriesAssisting with administration, invoicing, banking and general office dutiesWorking with practice management software and Microsoft Office applicationSupporting patients with their eyewear needs and helping them find the right solutionsContributing to the positive culture and high standards of our practice Who we’re looking for: We would love to hear from you if you have: Strong customer service and communication skillsExcellent organisation and attention to detailConfidence using computers and learning new systemsPrevious reception, retail, customer service or healthcare experience (desirable but not essential)Availability for Saturday mornings and flexibility to assist with additional hours when requiredA genuine passion for helping people and delivering exceptional service No optical experience?
