Direct access to leadership & fast decision making Secured pipeline of apartment Supportive team with real career progression Senior or Intermediate Contract Administrator Boutique WA Commercial Builder | Apartment & Mixed-Use Projects | Up to $170K Super The Opportunity A growing WA commercial builder is seeking an intermediate ready to step into a Senior Contract Administrator or experienced Intermediate CA to join their team and support a strong pipeline of secured apartment, mixed-use and aged care projects. The business has built a strong reputation within the apartment sector and continues to secure repeat work with established developers. The Role You’ll work closely with the Construction Director, Project Managers and site teams, managing the full CA function across live and upcoming projects including: Multi-storey apartment developments Mixed-use commercial projects Aged care developments Residential/housing projects Upcoming work includes Lead CA on a new $18M–$20M apartment development commencing later this year Supporting the completion of an existing apartment project Additional aged care and residential projects secured About You will have Commercial construction experience as a CA Experience across apartments, mixed-use, commercial or residential projects Strong subcontractor management and procurement experience Ability to manage projects independently Strong communication and stakeholder skills This role would suit a Senior CA looking for a supportive environment, or an experienced Intermediate CA ready to step up. CHEOPS experience is advantageous but not essential.
