Support budgeting and forecasting processes to ensure alignment with business goals. Monitor financial performance against key metrics and identify areas for improvement. Develop and maintain financial models to support decision-making processes. Assist in evaluating new business opportunities and investments. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies. Act as a trusted advisor to senior management on financial matters. The Successful Applicant A successful Finance Business Partner should have: A degree in accounting, finance, or a related field. Professional qualifications such as CA or CPA. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting. Knowledge of the retail industry and its financial drivers. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency in financial modelling and advanced Excel skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
